Potato Wedges Recipe

  1. Cut potatoes in half lengthways. Halve each half, then halve each quarter, resulting in eight wedges per potato.
  2. Place wedges skin side down on a microwave safe plate and microwave on high for five minutes.
  3. Pat the potatoes dry with paper towel, then spray all sides with cooking spray.
  4. Combine the salt and spices, then sprinkle evenly all over the potatoes.
  5. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer drawer on top of the frying tray.
  6. Select the (FRIES) function, then reduce the default cooking time to 15 minutes. PresS (START/STOP) to start the function.
  7. Shake the air fryer drawer every three minutes throughout cooking.
  8. Serve with sour cream and sweet chilli sauce. This recipe makes a great side when served with the 'Southern BBQ Spiced Chicken Marylands' recipe cooking in the other drawer for a complete meal. Enjoy!
