Ingredients
  • ½ - 1 Avocado
  • 1 Punnet of cherry tomatoes
  • ½ Red onion
  • 4 tablespoons Parsley leaves
  • 4 tablespoons Coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • Lime or lemon juice to taste
Instructions
