  1. Whisk together the spices and oil in a small bowl.
  2. Brush the oil/spice mix all over the flathead fillets.
  3. Spray the frying tray with cooking spray and insert into the airfryer drawer.
  4. Place flathead fillets in the air fryer drawer on top of the frying tray Select the (FISH) function and adjust the cooking time to 5 minutes. Press (START/STOP) to start the function.
  5. Heat the tortillas in a pan or microwave.
  6. Divide the cabbage evenly among the tortillas.
  7. Once cooked, break each flathead fillet into three pieces and place one onto each taco.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander, chipotle mayonnaise and serve with fresh lime. Serve this recipe with the 'Mexican Corn Cobs (Elotes)' recipe cooking in the other drawer for a complete meal. Enjoy
