
Mango Sorbet

Important: Place the freezer bowl in the freezer for at least 12 hours prior to preparing your ice cream mixture.

Place water and sugar into a saucepan. Bring to the boil then remove from the heat and allow to cool.

Puree mango in a blender until smooth, add cooled sugar syrup, lime juice, salt and blend until mixed through.

Cool down to 5-10˚C in the fridge or in a ice bath for speed.

Set time to 25 minutes and press power button on.

Pour mixture into chute.

Either eat immediately or transfer to an airtight container and freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer texture.
