Fast Banana Pancakes

(Makes 12 medium pancakes)


NOTE: If mixture feels too thick, add a tablespoon of milk.

  1. Melt the butter in a non-stick fry pan over a low to medium heat.

  2. Add the banana, egg, flour and baking powder to the glass jug and blitz for 20 seconds.

  3. Pour three little puddles straight from the jug into the frying pan.

  4. Cook for 1 min or until the tops start to bubble, then flip with a silicone slotted turner and cook for 20-30 seconds more. 2

  5. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.

  6. Serve the pancakes with chopped strawberries and blueberries and a splash of maple syrup, enjoy!
