Dairy Free Vanilla Almond Ice Cream

  • 500 milliliters almond milk or milk of choice
  • 125 milliliters cashew nut butter or nut butter of choice
  • 60 milliliters sweetener of choice
  • ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    Important: Place the freezer bowl in the freezer for at least 12 hours prior to preparing your ice cream mixture.
  1. Whisk together all ingredients.

  2. Set time to 20 minutes and press power button on.

  3. Pour mixture into chute.

  4. Either eat immediately or transfer to an airtight container and freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer texture.
