Classic Margherita

  • Basic pizza dough
  • Basic no cook pizza sauce
  • 12 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Handful of fresh basil leaves to garnish
  • 6 pieces of bocconcin, in 1cm slices
  • 3 tablespoons of freshly grated parmesan
  • Virgin olive oil to drizzle
  1. Preheat your pizza oven.

  2. Roll out your fresh dough and place one inside your pizza oven.

  3. Top base with pizza sauce leaving a 2cm border.

  4. Divide bocconcini between the 3 bases, then scatter with parmesan and cherry tomatoes (cut-side up).

  5. Drizzle with olive oil.

  6. Close the lid and turn your pizza maker up to 5 and cook for around 3-4 minutes until cheese has melted.

  7. Garnish with basil leaves and add a little more olive oil if desired.
