Note: Replace berries with your favourite fruit, like mango or melon.


  1. Place banana, berries, wheatgerm, milk, yoghurt, ice and honey in a beaker. Immerse head of the blending bar in the bottom of the beaker, start on a low setting and increase speed.

  2. Mix to your desired consistency.
