(Makes approx. 1L)


  1. Pour the can of tomatoes into the glass jug, then layer on top coriander, cherry tomatoes, onion, garlic, cumin, jalapeno, sugar, salt and lime juice.

  2. Press the pulse function to consistency desired is reached.

  3. Switch appliance off at the wall.

  4. Taste with a corn chip and adjust seasoning if needed and give a quick pulse to mix. 

  5. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.

  6. Store in fridge.
